When we are thinking of innovation and e.g. are using Design Sprints to come from defining the problem to a testable prototype of a hypothesis, we are in essence thinking about problem solving.
However at what level are we zooming in? Are we optimising a button on a screen (feature) or are we looking at redesigning and disrupting the entire value chain or even shifting a paradigm?
